Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate is a true self-starter, works with a sense of urgency, has a can-do attitude, is resourceful, and has exceptional communication and organizational skills. The Marketing and Administrative Coordinator at PhysicianOne Urgent Care is an integral part of the team and helps support marketing and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced organization, supporting simultaneous marketing projects, and fielding and prioritizing requests from many people and departments.


  • Assist with implementation of integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities to reach consumers through online and offline channels
  • Assist with management of a robust and integrated content calendar
  • Schedule social media content and help manage social media efforts, leveraging best practices
  • Compile marketing data for reporting
  • Order marketing and office supplies and manage inventory
  • Assist with creating, editing, and formatting PowerPoint presentations and other documents
  • Assist with managing marketing budget and processing invoices
  • Provide administrative support, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to travel, locally, when required

Skills and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
Minimum one year of experience in a marketing support role
Healthcare experience helpful
Experience working with multi-location and rapid-growth organization helpful
Graphic design experience helpful, but not required
Required technical skills and experience include, but are not limited to: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; social media platforms; CMS; Google Analytics; Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation, and CRM experience helpful.
